The context
HomeSearch.com needed a consistent way to present properties with very different features, price points and photography. The archive spans recurring auction emails, digital banners, luxury-property brochures, display flyers and open-house materials.
Design approach
Large property photographs establish the first impression. A repeatable hierarchy separates the address, auction offer and key features from supporting specifications. Across print and digital pieces, the same brand cues carry through while the layout adapts to the amount and scale of information.
